What a whirlwind conclusion to 2008!
I haven’t forgotten about this blog. Honestly! I’ve just been way too busy to devote the time and energy into worthy content. Between building a new website for a multi-million dollar company to preparing for the launch of my own new startup company, things just got out of control.
As we all settle in for the holidays, I wanted to wish each one of you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Thanks for being a part of this blog and allowing me to express my passion for cycling in a different and unique way. It has truly been an enjoyable experience!

Only we bike geeks can appreciate your “Christmas Card Video”, I guess that’s why I liked it. If you haven’t heard, there are new virtual cycling dvds out now from Global Ride. They offer 3 different coaching tracks and a “live track” of riding inside with a group, and tell me if they don’t help you feel like you are “riding outside”. At least a little
