I’ll admit, I’m a die-hard Apple fan. I’ve followed Apple ever since they came out with the Mac Classic. Even during more tumultous times (remember the CEO era of Gil Amelia?), I’ve stood by their side emptying my pockets for their Rolls-Royce products.
Enter the iPhone.
What an incredible product!
I was one of the fortunate ones that was able to walk right into an AT&T store before closing last year and walk out with a first-generation iPhone within a matter of minutes avoiding the psychotic lines and cult-like campouts.
As the saga continues, I’ve added a 3G to my arsenal and am enjoying the freedom it gives me when away from my laptop.
Case in point, I decided to drop-in on my favorite local Starbucks and stretch the legs of the new WordPress app. So far, I’m impressed.
The interface is easy to use and the capabilities are strong enough to post on-the-go. Once I finish writing this, I’ll test the “Publish” feature to make sure it goes live. Keep your fingers crossed!
I’ve also been able to tap into the free Wi-Fi service at Starbucks compliments of AT&T. Technology truly is amazing!
Now, if I can figure out how to attach it to my bike as a cyclocomputer, I’d ditch my Garmin Edge in a heartbeat (no pun intended)!

Well, I have the older Iphone and I’m not sure that the 3g is much faster. Did a test with a friend who has the 3G and we got the same site in the same time.
